Terms & Conditions

Our contract is with the bride or individual who booked us and not with each individual of the bridal party. Therefore, the bride is responsible for the collection of all monies not SPARKLE.


We will give a written quotation and this will be sent within seven working days from the trial date and this will also be confirmation of your booking and securing the date in SPARKLE'S diary.


NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - We have the right to request and take a deposit as this secures your special date in our diaries should you cancel prior to or on the date.


All make up is supplied but we would recommend you buy your own powder and lipstick to enable you to touch up throughout the day. We are happy to supply this at the RRP (Recommended Retail Price).


We use only approved Dermalogica and MAC products


We charge a fee if you live outside a ten mile radius from our addresses (DA15 or DA16) We will charge a price of £1.50 per mile to cover costs. This fee will also be incurred for any trials which take place.


We can provide Hairdressers details upon request but are NOT liable for any contract or booking you make seperately with them.


We have public liability insurance for your peace of mind and ours!


Should your make up artist not be able to attend due to unexpected/ unavoidable circumstances with SPARKLE either Hayley or Jo will do their utmost to cover for each other.
